We’re pleased to share that Anthony Ramirez, Partner and Director of Consulting at Nebulaworks, will be presenting at Nextflow Summit Boston 2026 on Thursday, April 30.

Anthony’s session — “Production MLOps for Cheminformatics: Orchestrating ADMET Prediction at Pharma Scale with Nextflow” — is scheduled for 2:30–2:50 PM EST (Session 26). He’ll walk through the architecture behind a production-grade ADMET prediction platform built on Nextflow, covering the full delivery loop: Chemprop2 GNN model training, MLflow experiment tracking, AWS Batch and Fargate compute orchestration, and the provenance and audit trail requirements that GxP-regulated environments demand.

The talk is aimed at computational scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams building or scaling bioinformatics and cheminformatics pipelines in pharma and biotech. If you’re working through how to take a drug discovery ML workflow from notebook to reproducible, auditable production — this session covers a real implementation with the technical specifics.

Nextflow Summit Boston runs April 28–30 at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center. The full agenda and registration are available at summit.nextflow.io.
